"I first reached out to Kim to come in for a class and she was very encouraging even though I had no idea what I was doing. I was overweight and I was nervous and unsure I could handle her classes. "I had some weight gain due to pregnancy and medication. I knew it was time to lose weight! I started walking multiple times a week, started some small group exercises at a local gym and then decided to increase my workouts even more-that's when I reached out to Kim. I really enjoy every workout-even if it's hard because you just do what you can do. She is very motivating, empowering, and helps you work through your struggles. If the workout is too difficult because of an injury or you are not physically "there" yet, she can help you with modifications. Her classes are geared towards anyone at any fitness level.
